    Communications Information such as your communication choices and the content of your correspondence with us (including through chat and email);

    Penta follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use an app. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

    Like any other website, Penta uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited.     Note that Penta has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

    You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

    To delete your account in the app you can follow these steps:
    1) Go to My Profile
    2) Select > My Account
    3) Select > Delete account
    4) Confirm > Yes

    Before you delete your account you will be prompted to withdraw all your funds and any amount lesser than the withdrawal fees will be lost and your profile data will be totally deleted from our records, your account will no longer be visible anywhere inside the app. If you choose to join Penta again you will need to create a new account.

  • Disclosure of Your Personal Data

      Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
